6am Yoga

I have been away from my yoga practice as long as I’ve been at it.  I started around Thanksgiving last year and went through late February.  Then vacation.  Then work.  And life got in the way.  I got out of the habit and consequently out of shape and flabby.  Flabby thinking.  Flabby being. 

Now I’m back.   Began a 1 hour class for a month at 6am.  Blessedly it’s only once a week.  And to be really effective I need to do yoga 2-3X a week.  But it’s a good way to jump-start my way back onto the mat.

And I love it.

Coming out of yoga practice the world looks alive.  The gray dripping sky makes me happy at peace with the morning.
